Here is how to use the method on the ones that would respond to it
When you find yourself in any place and suddenly you see this girl that you like and wish to have her.
The first thing to do is wait for her to get her sit. Make sure that you are at a spot where she'll be able to notice you
Now, stare at her for a while, she has to notice that you are staring at her.
She'll definitely want to take a glance at you when she notice that you are staring at her. Make sure she do not see your eyeballs when she looks at you; bring your eyelids down, turn your head and look at your right or left arm slowly while you scratch your eyebrow with one finger. That way She'll be curious and would want to know if you were really looking at her.
Stare at her again. This time, put on a smile. Don't put on a wide smile. She would want to look at you again to know what's up;
She'll want to look at you well to know if she has ever met you before or she might give you a sexy look or a positive body language to show that she likes or notice you. Once you notice that body language or sexy look, It's your chance to finish the job! Go ahead and meet her.
These types of girls that respond are quite different from the other ones that doesn't respond.
